Do you have a waiting list?
We do keep a waiting list when no puppies are available. These are approved application with
a paid deposit. Normally this is done when we have pending arrivals.
Do you require I fill out an application?
Yes, we do! It is very important to us that our puppies be placed in loving, caring, healthy
environments. Havanese require lots of human companionship, love and socialization, therefore
we feel we must carefully screen each prospective home.
Will you give me References?
Just Ask. We would be thrilled and honored to provide you with owner and vet references,
personal references to if you would like.
When can my new puppy come home?
We allow puppy to go to there forever home when they are about 8-11 weeks old. They will
have had shots, be wormed, and started on frontline and heartworm preventatives if old
enough. They will also have seen the vet and have a health certificate.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, We guarantee your puppy for life. We quarantee that you can return your puppy/dog
at any time during its life, no questions asked. We also guarantee the puppy from any
genetic disorders, that would significantly shorten the lifespan of your pet, for 1 year.
Our contract will explain this guarantee if full detail.

Where do you live?
We live in North Central Florida, just outside of Ocala. The closest airport to us is
Gainesville, but Orlando and Daytona Beach are within easy commuting distance.
Do you allow us to breed or stud our dog?
No, we do not... Unless your puppy is sold as a show puppy, you will not receive breeding
rights and in fact, your pet must be spayed or neutered by the age of 7 months. If you
breed or stud your dog anyway, its offspring will not be eligible for AKC registration and you
would be in violation of your contract.
Do we have to sign a contract?
Yes, you do! This is for your protection, the puppies protection, as well as ours. This will
ensure there to be no misunderstandings or misrepresentations.
What is your refund policy?
Refund Policy: If puppy is returned within 14 days, Buyer will receive a full refund, minus
the $500.00 surety of action deposit and any travel expenses incurred to get puppy back to
seller.
If puppy is returned between 15-30 days, Buyer will receive a refund of 50% of purchase
price, minus any travel expenses incurred to get puppy back to seller.
After 30 days, No refund will be issued and travel expenses still remain the responsibility of
the buyer.
Seller has the option to verify its health with seller's vet, prior to issuing refund. Refund
will be made within 30 days of return of puppy. Travel Expenses are not refundable.
